CAPITAL SPRINT — FOR CONSTRUCTION & B2B TRADING COMPANIES

Your business is profitable on paper.
Your bank account tells a different story.

Capital Sprint arranges the short-term working capital or project financing your business needs right now — then keeps a Fractional CFO on your side while that financing is active. No added monthly fee while it runs.

For companies with ₱1M+ in monthly bank credits over the trailing three months.
THE PROBLEM

The gap between winning the project and paying for it

Growth exposes a timing problem most P&L statements never show.

01

Collections lag the work

Progress billings, retentions, and 30- to 90-day terms mean the cash from a project arrives long after the payroll and materials for it went out.

02

Suppliers want cash, clients want terms

You're financing your own client's payment cycle out of pocket, on every project, at the same time.

03

Bank timelines don't match project timelines

By the time a conventional facility clears credit committee, the mobilization deadline has already passed.

04

Brokers disappear after the loan clears

You're handed the funds and left to manage the cash flow, the covenants, and the next shortfall alone.

None of this means the business is unhealthy. It means it needs capital that moves at project speed, and a financial hand on the wheel after it lands.
WHY CAPITAL SPRINT

Financing is the transaction. This is the relationship.

Most brokers are paid to close a loan. Dominus is built to stay involved after it closes.

A Typical Broker

  • Sources one or two lender quotes
  • Gets paid once the loan is signed
  • Has no view of how the capital is used
  • Is unavailable when the next shortfall hits
  • Treats your business as a transaction

Capital Sprint

  • Arranges financing matched to your project cycle
  • Earns a success fee only when funds are arranged
  • Stays on as Fractional CFO while financing is active
  • Helps you plan draws, repayments, and the next raise
  • Treats your business as a client for the long term
BENEFITS

What changes once Capital Sprint is in place

1

Capital when the project needs it

Financing arranged around mobilization dates and progress billings, not a bank's internal calendar.

2

A CFO, not just a loan

Capital Command runs alongside the financing so draws, repayments, and cash position are managed on purpose.

3

No cost while it's working

No monthly CFO fee while your qualifying financing is active. The success fee is the only cost of arranging it.

4

Financing readiness for next time

Cleaner books and clearer cash flow forecasts make your next facility easier to arrange, and on better terms.

5

One point of contact

The person who arranged your financing is the same person managing your cash flow the next quarter.

6

Protection built into the terms

A 30-day lender offer guarantee and a capped abort fee mean the arrangement works for you from the outset.

HOW IT WORKS

From strategy call to capital in the account

01

Strategy call

We review your bank credits, current facilities, and the project or working capital gap you're funding. Fifteen minutes tells us if Capital Sprint fits.

02

Lender matching

Dominus goes to its network of banks and financing partners on your behalf and negotiates terms, so you're not the one making the rounds.

03

Financing closes

You draw the capital. The 7% success fee applies only to what's arranged and disbursed — nothing is owed if nothing closes.

04

Capital Command activates

Once ₱5M or more is drawn and repaid, two months of Fractional CFO support begin, at no added monthly fee. Every additional ₱5M extends it further.

05

Ongoing advisory

We help you plan the next draw, the next repayment, and the next facility — so the business gets stronger with each cycle, not just funded.

WHY DOMINUS CONSULTING

Built for the construction and trading businesses banks find hard to move quickly for

Dominus Consulting is a Fractional CFO and business finance advisory firm working with construction and B2B trading companies across the Philippines. We spend our time on one problem: businesses that are profitable on paper but constantly short on cash.

We're not a loan brokerage that hands off funds and moves on. Financing is the starting point. What follows — cash flow forecasting, working capital planning, financing readiness — is where the actual advantage compounds.

  • Direct relationships with banks and financing institutions
  • A decade of experience structuring deals for construction and trading businesses
  • Advisory that continues after the financing closes, not before it

MEET YOUR ADVISOR

Ian Mallari

Founder & Fractional CFO, Dominus Consulting

Ian works with construction and B2B trading businesses that are growing but need stronger financial visibility, better cash flow management, and better financing readiness. His background is in banking and finance, with a focus on arranging financing for SMEs and staying involved well after the loan is disbursed.

His view is a simple one: access to capital is only half of the problem. The other half is having the financial discipline and visibility to put that capital to work well — which is why Capital Sprint pairs the financing with the advisory instead of treating them as separate services.

"We don't just help you get funding. We help you make better financial decisions after you receive it."
QUESTIONS

What owners ask before the first call

No. Dominus doesn't lend directly. We arrange short-term working capital or project financing through our network of banks and financing partners, and negotiate the terms on your behalf.
It applies to the amount successfully arranged and drawn. If financing doesn't close, no success fee is owed. This is spelled out clearly before any engagement begins.
Capital Command is our Fractional CFO service. Once ₱5M or more in short-term financing has been arranged, drawn, and paid, you receive two months of Capital Command at no added monthly fee. Every additional ₱5M drawn and paid extends it by two more months.
We'll discuss whether continuing Capital Command on standard terms makes sense for where the business is at that point. There's no obligation to continue, and no penalty for stepping back.
The 30-day lender offer guarantee means we commit to bringing you a workable offer within that window. The 2% minimum abort fee applies only if you choose to withdraw from an arranged offer after the work of securing it has been done.
Book the call regardless. If Capital Sprint isn't the right fit yet, we'll tell you directly what would need to change, and whether a different form of support makes more sense in the meantime.
FROM THE FIELD

A couple of client wins worth sharing

30 days to a lender offer

Two rejections. Then an offer on the table.

One client came to us after two consecutive bank rejections. They assumed the door was permanently closed. Within 30 days, they had a lender offer on the table.

90 days to full visibility

₱80M in revenue, and no clear answer for where it went.

Another client had ₱80M in annual revenue and couldn't explain to their spouse where the money was going. Within 90 days, they had a 13-week cash flow forecast, full project-level margin visibility, and a finance function that ran without them.
